It is a very sad day when I have to say work has interfered with the good times and blogging frequency. Most of you who know me know I'm not a big fan of working and try to avoid it like the plague. Well it seems it has caught up to me and I have to work more the usual and actually arrive and time and leave late. I have been enjoying the new gig until this week when a wonderful client magically appeared at the hotel door yesterday morning and abruptly turned a sunny Monday into a gray cloudy day. Again, those of you who know me know my love of the client is about as strong as it is for the DMV. The super good news is they will be here for two weeks! Yeah for me! I cling to the dream that much like the caterpillar they will cocoon themselves in the boardroom and emerge in two weeks as a beautiful butterfly ready to take fly and go home.
On a positive note, as I am trying to be more positive everyone else here this week is very nice and soon it will be the weekend that will primary consist of sleeping in and hanging out with Brian. In between I have a friend visiting from Dallas and a Hospitality group event which should be very interesting.
