An Average Day in Vegas

One of the interesting things about living in Vegas is that you never know what may happen. The other day I was driving back to work from a casual lunch at Tropical Smoothie with coworkers when we pulled behind a shady white trailer. Not thinking anything of it we chatted away, full from the fruity delight when what popped up in the back of the trailer? A tiger! A full fledged, eat Schnitz like a snack cracker tiger. After the shock of the unexpected jungle beast (x2 because why wouldn't there be 2) wore off the curiosity took over. Thats right, curiosity the same thing that killed the cat lured us into a not so high speed chase past our original destination (work) onto the famous Las Vegas Boulevard. We were intrigued by the question where were the tigers going? Not to the Mirage as those tigers would surly be in a Bentley not the boarded up vehicle in front of us. The MGM has lions so not there. Were they stolen tigers on their way to a not so happy future? So many options in this little town. After several miles, pictures and funny stares we pulled into the back alley of the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. Apparently the tigers and other animals stuffed into the questionable vehicle are part of the magic show at the old Trop. Not usually a fan of the Strip magic show I think I may have to buy a few tickets to visit my new friends and maybe any profits they make from my ticket will go toward a safer mode of transport for the passengers. As an added bonus I can stay and catch Mr. Vegas himself, Wayne Newton.
